Which Plan is Right for Me?
The "Pay as you Go" plans are great for companies that want the flexibility of no minimums or contract while still securing aggressive rates. The "Hosted" plans are geared towards high volume clients. We suggest that all customers start out with a Pay as you Go plan until they know what kind of volume they will be generating on a monthly basis.
How do your rates
compare to others?
We feel that we have the most aggressive rates in the market for hosted dialers. We have done the research and find that most companies are charging anywhere from 3-12 cents per minute for their dialing platforms. In many cases this is with 30-60 second billing increments. Our prices on Pay as you Go are extremely competitive to any offer you will find on the market. For serious customers who demand wholesale rates we have setup a hosted plan where you can buy into our dialing platform in exchange for wholesale rates. When doing larger volumes, the hosting charges will lower your long distance bill by thousands of dollars, thus making the investment worth it.
How does your
quality compare?
There are no sacrifices to our quality. As a matter of fact, you will find our quality to exceed your expectations. We have mastered a strong network architecture using SIP termination to handle dialer traffic. With multiple carriers in route we can terminate a higher percentage of calls than our competitors while maintaining a very high quality. We carry private IP connections
directly to multiple carriers so our calls are never sent through the public internet. Don't let anyone fool you with stories about VOIP versus TDM. We came from a TDM driven world and migrated to SIP termination through years of research and calculated testing. There is no comparison! The future is heading towards VOIP and most carriers such as Verizon and Comcast are in the process of switching all their traffic to VOIP.
